- Scrub your hands thoroughly with Beauticontrol’s Instant Manicure ( can also be used for feet, elbows, knees, mans dirty work hands) Pat dry...
- Mist gloves with spray bottle and microwave on paper towel, or in ziploc bag for 20-30 seconds.
- Put warm gloves over dry hands, and let sit for 20-30 minutes.
- After hand treatment, used nail tool kit..trim nails, clean under nails, and push down cuticles..
- Now you are ready for polish..
